Introduction

HKBU School of Business is offering 4-year full-time PhD Programme. Our PhD Programme always strives for excellence. These years, new elements have been injected into the Programme to equip our PhD students, including overseas attachment and research seminars. Apart from embracing this rapidly changing world, we firmly hold our core value – the adoption of corporate sustainability. By incorporating business ethics, corporate governance, and corporate social responsibility into our research works, we make our School unique.

Upon completion of the Programme:
 

• Students will acquire advanced knowledge and theories in their areas of specialization and research skills requisite for pursuing independent research on their chosen topics.
  
  
• Students will develop ability with international perspective to design and conduct original research in their fields of specialization.
  
  
• Students will be able to teach college-level courses in their areas of specialization
