Two PhD students from the Department of Accountancy and Law received Dean’s Postgraduate Research Scholarship for publishing their research papers in the Journal of Corporate Finance. Luofan BU and Li YU received the certificates from Prof. Ed Snape (Dean, School of Business) during the School Board Meeting on 5 Oct 2021.
Dean’s Postgraduate Research Scholarship is set up to recognize research postgraduate students’ research excellence for publishing their research works in top-tier journals.
Luofan BU published a paper on “Talented Inside Directors and Corporate Social Responsibility: A Tale of Two Roles” in the Journal of Corporate Finance.
Li YU published a paper on “Integrating Corporate Social Responsibility Criteria into Executive Compensation and Firm Innovation: International Evidence” in the Journal of Corporate Finance.
