I presented a paper entitled

To buy or to grow learning goal-oriented employees? examining a dynamic moderated mediation model that links employees’ learning goal orientation, creative self-efficacy, perceived workplace support, and employee creativity

co-authored by me, Dr. Song Chang, Dr. Emily Huang and Dr. Sally Cheung at AAOM 2019. During the presentation session, I received valuable feedback from experts in the field. I also attended several professional development workshops and learned cutting edge discoveries, best practices, and methods in research. I enjoyed this conference very much.
