Dr. Man Nok WONG received his PhD in Management in 2019-20 and was awarded Dr. Wu Yee Sun Memorial Scholarship Fund 2018-19 to recognize his outstanding academic performance. He is now an Assistant Professor of School of Business at Sun Yat-sen University in China. His research interests lie in interpersonal and team processes, newcomer socialization, compensation strategy and social relations model.
